We realise the travel situation and rules continue to change. For this reason, the event will be hosted as a hybrid conference. Delegates who are not able to travel to Paris can register to attend virtually which will give full streaming of the plenary sessions and access to networking with all delegates through the online platform.
If you have registered to attend in person and your travel restrictions change due to Covid-19 rules, you have the option to convert your registration to virtual up to 48 hours prior to the event.
If you are no longer able to attend, you may request a substitution by a colleague from your firm up to 72 hours prior to the event. The final registration is only for the individual named in the registration and cannot be shared with or transferred across multiple participants.
Cancellations can only be accepted if received in writing by 12 September 2021. Fees, less 20% administration charge, will then be credited. After this date, delegates will be liable for the full fee.
This applies to both in-person and virtual registrations.
